If you’ve been reading about Melbourne’s new-build boom, you might think that Melbourne’s old Victorian town of Carlton has a lot of new homes on the way.
But the truth is that the real boom is just around the corner.
Mccarthy Construction’s construction calculator has recently published a new edition of its construction guide, which has shown that the city is poised to become a super capital city.
The calculator also has a new interactive map showing the most common homes to be constructed in Melbourne.
Here’s what the map showed when it updated in May:The city’s new high-rise towers and townhouses have been completed, and the new office towers have gone up in the CBD, while the suburbs are slowly filling up with new houses and apartments.
Melbourne has been on the rise since the end of last year, and many of the new homes will be the same or even bigger than the old ones.
The biggest house on the map was recently completed at the new Victorian Townhouse development, which will be able to house over 200 people.
But just as many of Melbourne’s newer developments will also feature high-end finishes.
The first house to go up in a new house complex is the new Townhouse Towers at 723-728 Carlton St, which is the biggest house in the complex.
The map also shows the most expensive homes to build in Melbourne, with a new building set to open in 2019 on the corner of Richmond and Strathfield Streets, which was built in 2006.
And of course, if you want a real sense of the amount of new housing on the ground in Melbourne – it’s hard to beat the home of the century that is the Yarra Riverfront.
To help you make your own decision, we’ve included a handy guide to what to expect in the coming years.
