Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and Galaxy Note 5 owners are on the verge of being hit with an even bigger, and possibly more painful, bill: Samsung is launching a new phone that’s going to cost you about $200 more than its predecessors.
That’s according to reports from The Verge, the UK-based tech site, which says that Samsung has just revealed the S7-Edge, a phone that will cost $299 on AT&T.
The S7 will feature a 5.7-inch 1080p screen, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage.
This is all backed up by a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera.
Samsung says it will be the world’s thinnest phone, and it’s going toe-to-toe with the Galaxy Note 8, the Galaxy S8, and the Note 8 Plus.
The S7 is expected to be the company’s biggest smartphone to date.
We’ll have a full review of the S5 edge in a couple of days.
