Why is this worker still being evicted?

When a contractor hired by the company was arrested on a warrant for drug possession in 2013, he was released from prison just a few days later.

But in July of that year, he returned to prison with more charges.

According to a court order, his attorney, Kevin Pascual, alleged that he was coerced into a lie detector test and was forced to provide false statements under oath.

In addition to the perjury, Pascu said that his client was physically threatened and verbally abused while being held against his will in the cells.

Pascual said he filed a lawsuit against the company for the damages and the company agreed to pay $3 million.

Pascal said that the company failed to provide a reasonable amount of time to provide him with a reasonable explanation for the allegations and for a prompt investigation.

But the lawsuit, filed in March 2016, said that when the company investigated, it discovered that a new contractor had taken the lead on the project, that Pascul had been lied to and that a security guard who had been assigned to guard him was involved in the alleged scheme.

Pascal Pascur, an American construction worker who was fired after a lawsuit was filed against him, is shown in this undated handout photo provided by the Pascunan family.

In an internal email obtained by CNN, a Pascuel attorney wrote that Pascal Piscul was fired because he was “not a good fit” for the company and that he had been a “threat to the safety and security of the company.”

Pascu, who was arrested for a drug conviction in 2013 after being arrested in Mexico, was released on bail in May of that same year.

Piscu is currently awaiting trial on felony charges.

The federal lawsuit against Pascullo’s company said that Piscual had been working at the site for years and was promoted for his ability to do the job.

Pissarro’s lawyer, John Cisneros, told CNN that his clients had been treated fairly and that the investigation into Piscullo was “without merit.”

“This is an outrageous case of an employer who was so out of control and out of line that they fired the man who was supposed to protect the workers,” Cisneras said.
