How to rent a building or a new structure and keep it from looking like a cheap knock-off?
These are questions that have been pondered in Israel and the West Bank, as the country gears up for the construction of a third high-rise in Jerusalem and a third in the occupied West Bank.
Here are a few tips to help you out, according to the Israel Antiquities Authority, which is the country’s ministry of heritage.
You can rent a high-rises for up to 30 days.
The building must be fully operational and must be ready for occupancy by the end of a given week.
You’ll have to pay the price for the building for 30 days before the rental period ends.
If you rent a structure for more than 30 days, you’ll need to pay rent for 30 more days.
To rent a home, you need to show a valid residence permit (or have one) for each of the three structures.
If the home is not operational, you can still rent it out.
The building is expected to be ready in five weeks.
The next phase of the project will be in late 2018 or early 2019, with the first completed on June 24.
