Construction is underway for a new construction site at a former military airfield near St. Paul, Minnesota.
A website for Walsh construction company has posted an image of the new building site, where it says construction is starting.
The building will include a water tower, a roof deck, a parking deck, and a roofed-over field for training and recreation.
The construction site is part of a new development project that includes the installation of a solar-powered water tower and the construction of a water-powered power station.
The new site is in the same community as the site of a former Army Air Field that was the site for the Dakota Access Pipeline construction. [HuffPost]
